In my projects, I support employees, teams and organisations in taking responsibility, co-creating collaboration and building systems that genuinely support everyday work.

ESF Qualification Programm „Wandel der Arbeit“ (Change of Work)
2024–2026
Psychiatric clinic; Municipal hospital network
Aim:
Enabling employees across all professional groups and hierarchy levels to actively shape structural and cultural change.
My contribution:
> Design of a comprehensive qualification and empowerment programme
> Development and delivery of a workshop series
> Skills and methods training
> Support and facilitation of change projects
> Retrospectives and multiplier approaches

„Meine Station“ – Self-Managing Surgical Ward
since 2020
Klinikum Aschaffenburg-Alzenau
Aim:
Creating a working environment that combines scientifically grounded medical care with empathetic, needs-oriented collaboration.
My contribution:
> Co-founding and co-design
> Building the ward team, including recruitment and competence development
> Introduction of self-managing methods and formats
> Ongoing support and facilitation of daily practice
Impact:
> Increased sense of self-efficacy and responsibility within the team
> Improved interprofessional collaboration
> High public visibility and model character for transformation processes in healthcare

Modular Development Programme
2023–2024

Aim:
Strengthening teamwork, clarifying roles and improving workflows.
My contribution:
> Analysis of the existing collaboration model
> Creation of a modular development programme
> Workshops and facilitation to enhance communication, role clarity and daily workflows
