Aim:
Creating a working environment that combines scientifically grounded medical care with empathetic, needs-oriented collaboration.

My contribution:
> Co-founding and co-design
> Building the ward team, including recruitment and competence development
> Introduction of self-managing methods and formats
> Ongoing support and facilitation of daily practice
